Please submit your Online Application before the last date, i.e. 8 April, 2014.
Clicking "Submit" button of the filled up form will display the Application Form and a Deposit Slip.
Print the Application Form and the Deposit Slip.
Pay the test fee of Rs.800/- (rupees eight hundred only) in any online branch of ABL, MCB, HBL or UBL.
Send the printed Application Form with Original Deposit Slip (NTS Copy) to: Manager Operations National Testing Service, 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad, by courier or registered mail to reach NTS Headquarters not later than 10 April, 2014.
NTS will not be responsible for late receiving or lost of the Application Form or the Deposit Slip.
